Stories of people from Mogilev

People born in the Mogilev region whose lives took shape in other countries.

Each story here begins in Mogilev or a small town nearby and ends somewhere else entirely. We check the facts against biographies, archives and encyclopedias, and we link to every source we use.

If someone in your family came from the Mogilev region and their life deserves to be told, write to us. We publish stories of historical figures and, with their consent, of living people.
